BASIC STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURES

Scheduling will be provided to management and Committee for a monthly and half yearly task. This Scheduling might change from time to time in the beginning stages of commencement base of our expertise and work arrangements to provide the best of service and to be able to cover all areas and scope in an orderly and timely manner.

We would like to inform our clients that we take great pride in our work and at times will need to do minor adjustment or momentarily deviate from fix schedule to look into matters that need immediate attention or require more manpower. This is unavoidable and also base on case to case basis and importance of the task. A detailed report will be submitted to management every quarterly of the year.
